I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a B.Sc. in 'Integrative counselling' from Roehampton University.
Being an Integrative counsellor means that I believe certain counselling styles suit some people more than others. I therefore draw from a range of approaches to provide the right support for you.
After completing my first therapy training I embarked on a post graduate diploma in psychosexual therapy at 'The Centre for Psychosexual Health'. I work with both couples and individuals who have relationship and sexual issues.
My experience as a counsellor has been extremely varied and has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people and issues. I have worked with students in university settings and in mental health charities such as MIND. I have worked in private practice for eight years.
My own interests include complimentary therapies (such as reflexology and aromatherapy), yoga and meditation, art and music.
All of these interests inform my therapeutic work.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as a member I abide by their ethical framework. This framework is put in place to protect both clients and counsellors and to ensure good practice.

I am also a member of the UPCA, the Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association UPCA
